Rev. E. James “Jay” Amey James E. "Jay" Amey was born in Freemansburg PA. He served during WWII as a chaplain’s assistant mostly in Honshu and Hokkaido, Japan during the occupation. After the war, Jay completed his degree in Theology. He came to Delanco to serve as Pastor at Dobbins Memorial Methodist Church in the late 1990s. US Army Chaplain Corps WWII ?
